What we collect

• Contact details you provide: name and email address.
• Billing address and the last four digits of your card, for fraud prevention.
• Order records: items purchased, amounts, and delivery status.
• Messages you send to our support desk.

We never receive or store your full card number or security code. Card data is submitted over an SSL 256-bit encrypted connection and processed by our Authorize.Net compatible payment gateway.

Why we use it

To deliver your purchases and download links, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and meet our tax and accounting obligations.

Sharing

We share data only with the service providers needed to run the store: our payment gateway, our hosting and database provider, and our email delivery provider. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising.

Retention

Order records are kept for seven years for accounting purposes. Support messages are kept for two years. You may ask us to delete anything not required by law.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or request deletion by emailing support@chelsea-e.com. We respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use only the storage needed to keep your cart and session working. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are set.
