1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of chelsea-e.com and any purchase of digital products from Chelsea E Media ("Chelsea E", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase.

2. What we sell

We sell digital media only: audio downloads and stems, and digital video downloads. No physical goods are shipped. Prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and include any applicable taxes shown at checkout.

3. Delivery

All digital purchases are delivered immediately upon completed checkout. Secure download links are shown on the confirmation screen and emailed to the address supplied at checkout. If delivery fails for a technical reason, contact support@chelsea-e.com and we will resolve it within 24 hours.

4. Licence

Purchases grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the media for personal or single-project commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, sub-licence, or make the files available for download by third parties. Broadcast and multi-title licensing is available on request.

5. Download links

Download links are personal to the purchaser, are issued immediately on payment, and stay valid for seven days. If a link expires before you have downloaded your files, contact support and we will reissue it at no charge.

6. Payment and billing

Payments are processed over an SSL 256-bit encrypted, Authorize.Net compatible checkout. We do not store full card numbers. Charges on your statement will appear as CHELSEA-E or CHELSEA E MEDIA.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy: all digital sales are final once the item has been downloaded or streamed, with a 24-hour resolution window for technical delivery errors.

8. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to circumvent access controls or share account credentials.
• Do not use our media in unlawful, defamatory or hateful content.
• Do not scrape, resell or re-upload catalog files to other platforms.

9. Liability

Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.
